We just finalized a $2,250,000.00 settlement for our client that was injured in a car accident. The client was rear ended by a large vehicle, totaling her car. The client suffered a back and a neck injury that prevented her from working for an extended period of time. The other party accepted liability but tried to downplay the client’s injuries.
