$1 million dollar policy limits settlement for a client that was injured in a car accident

The client was smart enough to carry a very good insurance policy that included a $1 million dollar policy for Uninsured motorists. Unfortunately, the client’s insurance company refused to be fair with her and did not offer much to settle her claim. After demanding formal arbitration, it was was shown in a full arbitration that the client’s claim was worth well over the full $1 million dollars and the insurance company was forced to pay the entire million dollar policy limits. Although it’s a shame that the insurance company did not do the right thing on their own, we are glad we were able to help get the client a fair result.
