We just settled a $1,500,000 case for a motorcyclist that was injured in an accident. Like many motorcycle accidents, the police report placed our client at fault for the accident. There is an unfortunate bias against motorcycles in accidents and we often see police reports that wrongly place the motorcycle at fault.
Fortunately, we were able to turn around liability and reach a fair settlement for the client. The client is very happy with the result and happy the finger is no longer being pointed at him.
