Here at Batta Fulkerson, we do not discriminate or take cases based on their value. That means if you’re injured, your case could be worth $10,000, $15,000, $100,000, or even $1 million—it doesn’t matter, because we’re going to help you. We will never turn a client away because their case isn’t worth enough money.
That said, we will only take cases that we feel we can add value to. By that, I mean if you come to us to evaluate your case and we determine that we won’t be able to help you recover more in the end than you’d be able to on your own, we won’t take the case. We want to make sure that we are doing the best by all of our clients and the community.
