Elizabeth Maniscalco
Associate Attorney
Originally from Northern California, Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in philosophy from California State University, Chico. She later moved to San Diego, where she graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in civil litigation. During her time at USD, she competed on the National Trial Team, becoming a two-time National Quarterfinalist and two-time Regional Finalist. She was also inducted into the Order of Barristers and received the Michael T. Thorsnes Trial Advocacy Award, recognizing her as the outstanding advocate on the trial team. While still in law school, she successfully tried and won her first case while working at the Women’s Legal Clinic. Elizabeth began working in personal injury as a law clerk and has continued to focus her practice on a variety of matters, including wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and mass torts. She also serves as a coach for the USD National Trial Team, helping future attorneys develop their advocacy skills. Outside of work, she enjoys watching the Padres and Steelers, making pasta and sourdough, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and cats.
