I can't recommend this firm enough. Paul Batta was referred by a trusted attorney friend of mine to help navigate a difficult personal injury case I was dealing with. He was honest, professional, and gave me no-nonsense advice. Most importantly, he was always responsive and available to talk about my options, and what's next. I found out about the law firm, Batta Fulkerson, on my own. I did a little research and I was impressed by the great reviews they have been getting so I decided to go ahead and retain them. 2 years later, the Batta Fulkerson attorney assigned to my case, Connor Er, was able to reach a settlement agreement with the opposing party. I can tell Attorney Er is knowledgeable and experienced enough to know what he can and cannot accomplish with my case. His paralegal, Michelle Riddle, is also knowledgeable and always available to assist me when Attorney Er is not within reach. I am satisfied with the outcome of our mediation and I think no other attorney could have done better than Attorney Er in handling and settling my case.
