I can’t thank Paul and Dan enough for everything they did after my car accident. From our first meeting, it was clear they genuinely cared about my case and my well-being. Hiring Connor Er and the Batta Fulkerson Group was the best decision I have ever made! I was getting ignored and taken advantage of by my OWN insurance and thankfully Connor and the team stepped in to fight on my side! Batta Fulkerson are top tier!!! I contacted Dan Fulkerson last year in 2023 as a recommendation from a friend. He was so friendly and understanding of my case over the phone. We set up a date to meet in person . I was fortunate to work with Micaela De La Cerda, Esq. a litigation attorney. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date in a timely matter. I had the pleasure of working with Connor Er and the Batta Fulkerson Group and now I recommend them to everyone! All of my questions and concerns were addressed, prompt responses and clear instructions, and the biggest thing is I felt like they cared about me as a person not just the case. Insurance was beyond a hassle and even though I was a victim of a hit and run they were trying to push everything under the rug and stiff me with the bills.
