Connor Er

Connor Er is a Trial Attorney at Batta Fulkerson Law Group who has dedicated his career to fighting for Plaintiffs and litigating catastrophic personal injury cases.  Connor zealously advocates for his clients throughout the litigation process all the way through trial, and he has helped recover millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. Connor earned his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Chico, and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law (CWSL).  While a law student at CWSL, Connor was the first ever walk on advocate for the school’s nationally recognized and winning trial team.  Thereon, Connor went to compete in various national trial competitions, including the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Competition, National Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition, and American Associate of Justice Trial Competition.  Connor’s advocacy led him and his team to become regional finalist in the American Association of Justice Competition. In addition to Connor’s trial advocacy experience, he has worked as a law clerk for Batta Fulkerson during his law school career.  As a law clerk, Connor handled matters involving a variety of cases, ranging from wrongful death, to products liability, government tort claims, slip and fall, trip and fall, and car and motorcycle accidents.  In the Spring of 2023, Connor joined Batta Fulkerson as a post-bar law clerk, and upon receiving favorable bar results, was promoted to Trial Attorney in May 2023. When Connor is not in the courtroom, you will find him hanging out with friends and family, exploring new places to eat in Little Italy, attempting to golf, and enjoying San Diego’s beautiful beach weather.
