Charlotte Najar

Born in NJ, Charlotte spent the first part of her life as a professional singer and actress, performing all over the country. After spending a decade in Las Vegas doing television work and performing on the Vegas Strip, Charlotte switched gears and moved to San Diego, where she entered into the legal field. After clerking for a federal judge, she worked for two prestigious San Diego law firms representing Plaintiffs. In February of 2019, Charlotte was lucky to join the Batta|Fulkerson Bulldog Family, where she continues to fight for injured Plaintiffs. Over the years, she has represented clients in a variety of cases, ranging from wrongful death, to products liability, government tort claims, car and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and trip and falls. She zealously advocates for her clients throughout the litigation process and all the way through trial. Since joining the Bulldog team, she has recovered millions of dollars for her clients. In her spare time, Charlotte can be found spending time with her beautiful French Bulldog, Bella Cannoli, and her wonderful husband. A former fitness competitor, you will find her in the gym lifting weights and working out at least five days a week and experimenting with new healthy recipes. Charlotte has a strong faith, and she thanks God for her beautiful life.
